This is the first time I'm giving 1 star and don't know where to start, from checking in which took a lot of time, zero customer service from all the employees, no smile, all of the staffs were hesitating to answer when asked a question, bathtub was clogged, i told them, they didn't come to fix it, our room was dark and one of the bulbs were burnt, they said they don't have bulb, it was really noisy, the bathroom mirror had big crack from top to bottom in the middle, the room curtain was broken in the middle, our 2 room cards during our 2 nights stay got deactivated multiple times, they said they have manager on duty named AJ, I asked to talk to him and they said he is not here, frankly I don't know how this business is still running, they need real renovation and remodeling, everything is outdated, the only good thing was their airport shuttle, roundtrip was perfect with no issue, this is the worst Quality Inn I have visited in my life, not Recommended at all and will never go back
