Cute hotel. Elevator was broken for part of stay so had to use the stairs but was repaired while we were there so able to end up using it eventually. Loved the breakfast pastries and coffee in the lounge!

I stayed in a room with a king sized bed and while the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, the carpet in the room was clearly worn and could use a cleaning. There was also just enough space to fit a desk on one side of the bed. The room was very small, but if you're needing to stay a night or a couple of nights in NYC in a central location this is a good value.

This small boutique hotel is a perfect place to stay while visiting New York city. The staff were personable and helpful. The hotel provides easy access to the theater district, yet it is far enough away from the traffic noise on Broadway that you can get a good night's sleep. I really appreciated the lounge on the 2nd floor with coffee and tea that is available all day and the pastries that arrived for breakfast.
