Service and cleanliness was excellent. Bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was great. We were on the 14th floor and it was generally quiet inside at night but could still hear street noise, which is uncontrollable. This hotel is old and needs updating, especially the elevators. For 29 floors the two elevators are inadequate and shabby looking. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and this was dingy. Free breakfast was standard.
