I hate leaving negative reviews, but in this case it is warranted. We booked a King suite for 4 people, but upon arriving found that there was only bedding and towels for 2. No big deal, we asked them to provide the bedding for the pullout sofa and additional towels. The request was made at the desk; no towels. The hotel sent me a text message asking how the stay was going and did we need anything. I responded yes -- please send additional bath towels to our room. No response and no towels. We called the front desk and said, we have an event to go to and all 4 people in the room need to shower but we have no towels, please provide 2 more bath towels right way. No towels were sent. We finally had to leave for then event with no showers. Similarly there was a loose piece of wood between our door and the hallway and we reported it figuring they would fix it immediately as it was a trip hazard. We mentioned it several times during our stay and it was never repaired. The staff were friendly, but didn't seem to actually do anything. One staff member offered to help us arrange private transportation to an event. Wonderful -- this was a big help. Except when we arrived back to the hotel to catch the car service, it turns out the driver canceled and no one from the hotel let us know. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted time and ended up being very frustrating and poor service. Finally, the elevators in this hotel are woefully inadequate for the size of the building - long waits.
