"We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been more impressed. The staff in every area of the hotel were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made a huge difference throughout our visit. The housekeeping team was especially outstanding — their efficiency was second to none, and they were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful, very well maintained, and had a lovely atmosphere throughout. We also really appreciated the security on the door, which made us feel particularly safe, even though we had no concerns about the area itself. On top of that, the location was perfect and made everything so convenient. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Facilities were very well kept up, perfectly clean. Service in the hotel was friendly and exceptional, as good as I've seen at better hotels. Rooftop bar was very nice both inside and out, but service was somewhat spotty -- not terrible, but keep an eye on your order. At one point we left our table to briefly take a peek outside (and notified *two* staff members, including our waiter) only to return to find someone removing everything we'd ordered. It was quickly replaced, but...tighten it up, rooftop staff. They're doing it right downstairs :-). But overall, very, very happy. I'll be booking here regularly again without hesitation."

"Small boutique hotel with loads of character. Room was clean. Window A/C during an August evening had to be set low to keep the room somewhat cool, just comfortable. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rather quiet for being so close to the busyness of the city. Close to everything we planned in Midtown."

"Room was clean and tidy. Zenny at the front desk was amazing!!! She was very helpful and kind. She made sure we got everything we needed for our stay and every time we saw her she always greeted us. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again."
