This spacious open concept 2000 sq. ft executive ranch style home can be your private resort. The home sleeps 8 comfortably and a few extra spaces for your guests. Newly remodeled in a modern style with constant upgrades and very clean. It has the look, views and feel of a wonderful beach home. We are pet friendly and welcome the entire family. New 2018 LOWE pontoon boat with a 115 Mercury is free with rental of the home.

This lovely home has a heated, caged, salt water pool out your back door that looks over a beautiful deep water canal that leads directly into the Gulf of Mexico. Located in a residential neighborhood it is a quiet place to relax or with all the local attractions there is plenty to keep you busy.

The pool deck is caged and contains a beautiful 30 x 14 modern salt water pool. The new gas grill and table with umbrella are also inside the cage with plenty of seating. It is a great space to enjoy bug free grilling, dining, swimming and relaxing.

Just outside the pool cage is your a large dock that is on the canal. The dock has a floating ramp and easy access in and out with the boat to the gulf of Mexico. The gulf is just around the corner of the canal. At idle speed you can be in the gulf in about 2 minutes. Also touring the canals if very fun.

The dock is also great for fishing, visits from dolphins, manatees, other fish or just relaxing in the sun.

The boat is a 2018 Lowe pontoon boat is is free with the rental of the home. It hold 8 people with plenty of room in case you have a few more. It has a 115 Mercury on the back and will move. The boat has bluetooth, table, collapsable bimini roof, dry storage, two anchors, first aid kit and all coast guard required equipment aboard.

You may also bring your own personal boat as the dock has plenty of room. Please message me in advance if you are going to do this so I can meet you at boat ramp.

Your personal excursion on the kayaks through the mangroves is delightful. Our kayaks have dry locks so you can pack a lunch and keep it dry.

The house is completely furnished with ever room having just what you need with beautiful views from each window and ocean themes decor throughout.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV, private bathroom, large modern shower, plenty of closet space and private door that opens into the pool cage. It can also be completely closed off from the rest of the living space.

One guest room has a queen size bed and the other guest room has twin beds. All bedrooms have TV's. There is also a bonus room that opens into the pool cage with a trundle bed that can easily convert into two twins or one king size.

The bonus room also contains a full size treadmill and free had weights.

Kitchen is stocked with all customary equipment needed and a few extras like: spices, Keurig coffeemaker and pods, regular coffee pot, paper towel, soaps, many pots, pans and dishes. Including to go, Tupperware, dishes for the kids and much more. The kitchen is large and open to living and dining room making this area very spacious.

Living room area has a large TV, 2 large couches, 2 large chairs, game table with 4 chairs, wireless internet, board games, cards and a pull out sofa to accommodate different sleeping arrangements.

Full size washer and dryer in garage. Garage will fit most vehicles inside. There is also ample parking the the driveways.

Many local hot spots available for your enjoyment.

Local attractions near our home are located:

minutes away - local beaches like: Anclote key state park and beach, green key state park and beaches, sunset beach, as well as the lovely sand bar about two miles off the coast, by boat. Many beaches available via boat.

8 miles from historic downtown Tarpon Springs. They have the famous sponge docks, restaurants, shopping, water excursions, and local greek cultural events.

18 miles from Honey Moon state park and Caladesi Island - a wonderful day trip and great shelling.

25 miles from Clearwater beach and many attractions there.

25 miles from Weeki Wachee Springs State park home of the famous underwater mermaid show, kayaking on the springs, glass bottom boat rides and water park.

30 miles from the beautiful waterfront community of Tampa.

35 miles to Busch gardens and about 2 hours from Walt Disney World.
