Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Our host never sent our checkin details. When we attempted to reach out multiple times we could not get ahold of her. This was a Friday-Monday stay. We had to find and make alternative arrangements last minute. When Monday came around the host didn’t even bother to reach out to all of our text and voicemails. I had to call her to request the refund and she did not acknowledge nor take responsibility of her mistake. Once the notification was received for the refund, it was only a partial amount. As we did not cancel our stay, we should be receiving a full refund. We have reached out to request the remaining amount, but once again there has been no response from the host.
