"The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of Frenchman’s Street and Jackson Square. The room we had was very spacious, within easy walking a large bathroom that had an excellent shower and it had a nice view overlooking the pretty, quiet pool. The staff was helpful and friendly; it was easy to leave our bags before check in and after check out. The bed was a bit too soft, but we otherwise had a very enjoyable stay at a reasonable price."

"The room was very clean and smelled good. The breakfast buffet was also good. The servers in the buffet and the cooks were very nice, had great conversation with Pedro and other staff. The front desk lady Jenna was super nice and Mark was also very professional! We will be returning to this hotel with my family!"

"Nice hotel with great amenities! Top notch staff too! Very lively atmosphere on the lower floors as there are a couple of restaurants and bars. There were three different conferences happening in the hotel and a saint’s game across the street during our visit. it was fine for us. Stay at the attached Hyatt House if you prefer a quieter setting."

"Parking is a complete nightmare! Be prepared to go around in circles trying to find the garage, it would be nice if the Hotel would place directions to a garage on the website or answer the phone. That's the only thing bad, everything else was EXCELLENT! Clean rooms, Excellent staff, location Excellent, and Food options Excellent!"
