My husband and I spent 5 unforgettable days at Grenoble House, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel's unique charm and character. The decor is absolutely stunning, perfectly blending New Orleans' vibrant culture with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a place that truly makes you feel like you're a part of the city’s rich heritage and beauty.
The staff was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. We did experience a small issue with water leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen due to a sprinkler problem. However, the team acted swiftly and moved us to another suite, resolving the situation quickly and without any hassle.
Unfortunately, our flight was canceled, and we needed to extend our stay by one more night. Despite our concerns about availability, the staff reassured us right away, making the whole situation so much less stressful. Their kindness and efficiency were truly appreciated.
When it came time to head to the airport, a wonderful gentleman at the front desk called a cab for us. He also gave us some great advice about taking a taxi instead of Uber or Lyft due to the snowstorm that had caused road closures and higher surge prices with ride-sharing services.
We can’t recommend Grenoble House enough. If you're looking for a place to stay in New Orleans, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!
