"Super friendly staff clean room "

"We booked this for our anniversary/St. Patty's day celebration. This being probably our 15th trip to New Buffalo, we have rented maybe 10 different homes in the area. This "cozy cottage" is now a new favorite! Perfectly located within blocks of the downtown, it is just loaded with charm, and the owners have utilized every inch of it to create that. The vaulted ceiling and loft area create a really cool vibe, while keeping the charm of an older home. The master BR is surprisingly large, and the other two Brs. are a nice size. Again, in the 3rd BR they have laid it out to use the space really well. We don't have kids, but the loft and the furnished basement are great places for kids to explore and hang out. This house is super clean and fresh and the kitchen is charming and well appointed. It was snowing out, so we couldn't use the yard, but both it, and the home, offer an unexpected level of privacy, in a lake area setting. The owners, Austin and Leslie, were very easy to communicate with, and very helpful when we had a slight issue of our own making. I gladly give this home and it's owners five stars. Rent this one with confidence."

"Outstanding experience all the way around. It was the first time we’ve stayed at a place that was not actively staffed and it turned out to be a great experience. The only issue we had was a lack of hot water in the shower both days - the hot water would stop for a few minutes before coming back which made our showers a bit tricky. In spite of this, we loved the room, the property, and the location. "

"This house allowed more than enough space for myself and two other families to stay. The third level is perfect for kids, and kept them entertained for our entire stay. Also, location is important as we like to walk places when away. Most shops, restaurants, and grocery store were all within just a few blocks away we would stay again, and hope to in the future. "
