River Front House sleeps 25

River front house on a 1/2 acre lot that sleeps 25 people. The property has a gentle slope down to the river (no stairs) with beautiful pecan and cypress trees. We are located on River Rd in the heart of tub country! Newly renovated interior, the home boast 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a very large party room down stairs. The property has parking for 10 vehicles and beautiful views with various wild life observation opportunities. The location also includes trophy trout fishing just steps from the house.

Great trip to relax on the river with old college buddies. We had a great time using their grills, River front property, and lodging. It was plenty of room for us by a long shot and everything in the home opporsted as it should so nothing but 5 stars from us.

My Fiancé and I had a joint bach weekend with all of our wedding party. The location was perfect. We spent our days relaxing on the river and spending quality time with each other. The house was clean and comfortable to hang out in. We will definitely come again for another group stay in the future.

Great house right on the river! Enough space for our large group. We are repeat renters and keep coming back for the great location and how spacious it is. The house is always clean and has many amenities. Will be booking for next year real soon!

We love it. First time we were there with adults only, this time with multiple families. This is a great place for large groups and even if the river isn't great for floating the part of the river with this house makes for a great place to just hang out in the water all day. The house has great outdoor cooking space and plenty of hot water and showers.

Location! Location! Location! This was our second year at the house and have enjoyed every thing about it. The house is great for large groups and perfect location to just go sit in the water. Place was right on the river. Lots of sleeping areas. Lots of towels. Only downside was no dishwasher. Bring paper plates and plastic ware. We had a great time. The location was great for kids and people watching.

We’ve rented this property a couple of years now for our family getaway. It’s perfectly located. It has a perfect spot where you can sit right in the river and watch the kids and others playing games on the back of property. There was plenty of room fire us all. I love that there’s a store just a minute away for any forgotten needs. The owner is very easy to get in touch with and made the check in and out process super easy. Highly recommend!
