The front desk is truly helpful - I was able to book the shuttle service with the hotel and then helped booked the Green Tour. The room were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic.

Siisti majoituspaikka lähellä hyviä kulkuyhteyksiä, ravintoloita ja moni käyntikohde kävelyetäisyydellä. Huoneiden siisteydestä pidettiin hyvää huolta. Hotellin kattoterassi oli loistava kuumailmapallojen katselupaikka. Aamupala oli tyypillinen turkkilainen, monipuolinen, mutta aina samanlainen. Kehitettävää olisi ollut keittiön ja baarin henkilöstön asiakaspalveluhenkisyydessä. Asiat kyllä hoituivat, kunhan asiakas muisti pyytää palvelua. Välillä keittiön ja baarin henkilöstö näytti hieman väsyneeltä. Muuten loistava kokemus.

Los desayunos han sido muy ricos, especialmente cuando Hanife ha estado a cargo de ellos; Doga Altuntas, en la recepción, nos dedicó generosamente tiempo y nos informó para encontrar autobuses, horarios y destinos maravillosos fuera de los tures organizados. Ambas personas han hecho nuestra estancia en este hotel muy agradable. Algo a mejorar: la limpieza de la habitación. En 5 días nadie vino a limpiar.

3 yıldızlı olmasına rağmen,hijyenik temiz bir oteldi. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardim severdi. Kahvalti ve Hizmet süperdi. Dışarıya park ettik sadece otele ait bir park alanı yoktu. Gec vakite kadar muzik çaldığı icin Bar a yakin yerdeydi oda o yüzden uyumakta ve dinlenmekt3 zorluk cektik. Genel olarak 3 yildizli olmasına ragmen okeydi.Fakat bir gecelik fiyat cok pahaliydi. 4kisilik odada 180€ ya konaklamak turkiyemiz icin baya pahalı. Cave hotel secmemin sebebi terasında balonları görebilmekti. 2 gündür esinti oldugu icin balonlar ucamdi ve ertesi gün de ucmicakti.o bizim ici hayal kırıklığıydı.
