"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. "Der Biergarten bzw. Frühstücksbereich liegt schön am See und die Matratzen waren gut.
Ich war während einer sehr heißen Temperaturperiode in diesem Hotel, und als ich die Tür zu meinem Einzelzimmer (unter dem Dach) öffnete, stand ich sozusagen im offenen Badezimmer. Keine Milchglasscheibe o.ä. war davor verbaut.
Bis auf eine kleine Schublade unter dem Waschtisch gibt es auch nur offene Regale.
Und obwohl dieses Zimmer renoviert wurde, gab es bei diesen Temperaturen nicht mal einen...

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key.
If I hadn't already paid for the room i would just have left.
