I booked this hotel last moment because of a storm and change of travel plans. The bed in the bedroom was in a terrible condition. There were no clean linen for the mattress size provided . There were two smaller size cover linen provided, folded on the bed which were very old. The pillows smelled. There was no clean sheet provided for the mattress - only a mattress protector . The mattress protector was very dirty, full of sand, hair, old stains and unsanitary. The bathroom smelled terribly. The shower holder was broken and I had to hold the shower handle with my hand . There was no internet, because the management had not paid the bill since August 26, and the internet provider stopped it. I was given an option to connect with a far away room from the lower floor, and the connection was bad, as the room was far away. I had a terrible experience with this hotel . I want all my money back! Expedia management: please facilitate the refund!!

A great resort hotel to have a good time in Sunny Beach. Friendly staff. The better place to stay in the area. When we arrived we knew we booked the right place. We forgot the name of the hotel. Do we stopped on a parking place to check the reservation on our phone. We got straight away yelled at in Bulgarian by the security of that hotel. We moved then a bit further. We were approached again but this time in a friendly way. And it occurred to be our hotel. We were helped with parking, quick check in; pool, dinner. All good. People can make a difference!!!

Il monolocale dove abbiamo alloggiato era molto più bello e spazioso di come appare in foto. Siamo stati benissimo, cucina attrezzata, ingresso indipendente dal giardino, bellissima piscina, pulizie giornaliere e personale dello staff ineccepibile.

Neu, modern, hell und großzügig

Modernes Hotel mit großen Zimmern, schönem Swimmingpool und eigenem Supermarkt, in dem Hotelbesucher 10 Prozent Rabatt bekommen. Der Weg zum Strand ist einfach zu finden und nicht lang. Das Restaurant ist in der Nähe des Pools, gemütlich und sauber. Das Essen schmeckt gut, nur die Speisekarte ist zu unübersichtlich. Beilagen müssen extra bestellt werden. Die Preise sind recht niedrig. Die Lichterspiele am Haus sind sehr schön anzusehen. Für Kinder gibt es einen Spielplatz und einen extra Pool. Die Kochutensilien sind sind zu gering und zum Sauber machen (Sand, verschüttete Lebensmittel) fehlen die Handwerkzeuge. Wir haben uns dort aber sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen.

Family hotel in the beautiful place

This hotel is in Sveti Vlas (no in Sunny Beach) but this place is wonderful for the families and the beach is near (5 minutes). Beautiful pool (no heat) and the wifi is not very hard. Wonderful place with good service and cheap.

Неплохие апартаменты со своими нюансами

1) Регистрация не круглосуточная - возникли трудности с заселением (косяк турфирмы); 2) Делюкс с видом на море - отличный, есть все, что нужно. Однако вид немного заслоняют другие отели:(. Приветственная бутылка игристого - скрасила некомфортный трансфер (турфирма); 3) Уборка никакая: пыль не вытерают, пылесосов нет. Даже после просьбы убрать хорошо - все так же грязно. Постоянно приходилось просить мыло, шампунь, бумагу. Только полотенца и простыни меняли стабильно. 4) После делюкса, еще на 3 недели пришлось переехать в номер с видом на бассейн: из-за шума окна нельзя открыть ни днем, ни ночью. Там уборка еще хуже. 5) Так как апартаменты имеют своих хозяев, то вполне соседи могут делать ремонт - к сожалению в любое время. 6) Завтраки с номером в ресторане - плохие. Хотя ресторан хороший, поэтому лучше готовить самому, либо брать что-то в ресторане не стандартное. 7) Интернет слабый. 8) Расположение отличное - и центр рядом, и до моря недалеко. 9) Управляющий - замечательный человек, помогал как мог. Обещал честный отзыв - вот он. В Болгарию больше никогда не поеду:)

great value and brilliant small complex

we have been 5 times to the sunny beach area and this was the cheapest & best apartments we have stayed in, great quality for what we paid. We had a 1 bedroom apartment @ the whole complex is very clean, nice pool area with proper sunbeds with soft toppers and quality parasols. It's not a massive pool but good for the complex size but the pool is freezing. This complex is 4 self catering & the apartment has everything for cooking, good size living area and decent size bedroom. Only downside was small bathroom and water went everywhere when showering (please box the shower off) Rooms cleaned every day, bed sheets only changed once in the week @ towels twice, would have better if this was more regular. Your not in your room much but TV had 150 channels but only about 5 in English. 1 - less than 5 min walk to lovely beachs 2 - 5 min walk to the main street 3- safe complex for children 4 - great pool area with great sunbeds 5- very very good on site restaurant with good service and reasonably priced. 6 - friendly reception and helpful manager. 7 - 10 min Max in taxi to sunny beach do not pay more than15 Levi 8- cash machine, restaurants and small supermarkets beside complex. 9- QUITE peaceful complex 10- NO safe in rooms Managers please sort this out although we felt it safe leaving valuables in our room, its not convenient having to take all you cash/cards with you everywhere. This is the main reason we did not rate the complex 5. we would return 100%

Dejligt hotel med en lækker pool.

Dejlig lejlighed. Kanon service fra hotellet. TV gik i stykker lørdag aften og søndag formiddag blev det allerede udskiftet. Air-conditionen er opsat i stue, så den havde svært ved at køle soveværelse ned. Strakt blev der sat en gulvventilator op, så vi fik cirkulation på luften. Ingen havemøbler på balkon, men da vi spurgte efter dem blev der strakt leveret bord+ stole. Absolut et godt sted at være. Utrolige hjælpsomme og imødekommende mennesker i receptionen.

Very nice hotel, clean and good location

Great hotel and staff. Location is accessible to town centre watermarks etc and a short walk to the beach. Only things I could possibly fault is the air con not ventilating the bedroom so was extremely hot on evenings, and food was good but not amazing quality. Room was fantastic with a pool view however not the hotels fault but was on two nights very noises after midnight at the bar. Good mix of nationalities, staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi at the pool side and a shop, fx bureau, car hire and restaurant literally across the road. Parking is limited to less than ten cars.

bäst i test hotell

ett Hotel som jag skulle klassera som ett fem stjärnor Hotel, samt personalen som är experter på att ge bästa service . lugnt område med soligt läge, samt nära till stranden och till staden med jätte fin pol . Och en riktig resturang med extra trevliga personal . . jag skulle rekommendera a den, för båda familjer .och dem som är efter att slappna av och vill ha lugnt .
