Less than a 5 min walk down the hillside and through the beautiful tropical gardens to Burriana beach. The views from this apartment are absolutely outstanding, over the ornamental lake and out to the sea on one side, fantastic mountain views on the other side. Double doors from the lounge onto the terrace and a spiral staircase to a private roof terrace will ensure that you can enjoy 360º fantastic views including the sun all day long! Two bedrooms with two bathrooms offer spacious accommodation and a light lounge / dining room with modern open plan kitchen.Bus stop for shuttle bus to Nerja is less than 1 min walk away.This apartment is approached via some external steps. Street parking in front of the apartment.

Communal pool just a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment's outside space comprises a terrace in front of the lounge with comfortable rattan sofa and chairs and dining room table and chairs. A spiral staircase takes you to the private roof terrace with sun loungers, Gas BBQ and a 360º degree view.

We enjoyed our first stay in this apartment. A few negatives to get out of the way - we had trouble finding it with the info given and had to phone the Agent. There was a very odd, fusty smell upon entering the apartment which was off putting. We opened all the windows/doors and it seemed to go. There are a few very cheap shabby pieces of furniture in the bedrooms which are out of keeping. The wardrobes could do with a coat of paint. The bed linen, although clean, did not fit the bed. The mattress topper also didnt fit the bed. The sheets were also too small which was a shame as the bed was very comfortable. Some new bed linen that fits is needed. Sink plugs for kitchen and bathroom were under the kitchen sink which we did not find for 3 days. No tin opener. A small welcome pack (water and milk) would be handy. No washing up liquid, nor dish washer tablets and only one bin bag provided. Small things would make a big difference. Positives, the views are amazing. The amount of room on the roof terrace and the lower terrace is excellent. The BBQ was used most nights and was very good. The sun loungers and outdoor seating also very good. TV worked well with UK channels. The bed was very comfortable despite the linen not fitting properly. Lots of space for the two of us and always a parking spot just outside the door. The area is lovely and quiet. Plenty of crockery & glassware and sufficient pans etc for cooking. Cooker worked well, so all in all 4/5 stars!
