"Loved everything about our stay. The room was so nice and spacious. The only downside was that the outdoor pool water was literally freezing (it was June) and the indoor pool was out of service. The kids still made the best of it though."

"We stayed for 6 nights. We had no complaints. Check in and check out was easy. Our room was always kept up with clean towels and trash picked up. Beds were comfortable. We had 6 in a room, using the pullout couch as a bed for our younger girls and they didn't complain about it. We were greeted coming and going every day. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was always kept up with. Pool was always clean. We loved that it was by everything. We only used our vehicle once. The breakfast area is kind of small but eating breakfast in the pool area on nice days wouldn't hurt. They were always sweeping and mopping hallways, keeping it clean as people come and go from the beach as well. Attached is a picture from our view."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Virginia Beach and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. Housekeeping was prompt and did an excellent job keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The ocean view from the hotel was beautiful and made our visit even more relaxing. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families. Overall, the combination of excellent customer service, clean accommodations, great amenities, and the stunning beachfront location made this a memorable stay. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Hyatt Place Virginia Beach to anyone visiting the area."

"I booked a Oceanfront Room Suite with a King bed. When we arrived, first the room was very small, don't let the pictures fool you. Second, the bed was not a Kind, it is a Queen. When I called down to the front desk, they told me all oceanfront rooms are queens. Not sure, but the seems like false advertising. Very disappointing. The rooms are a bit dated, with dated furniture, no closet, only an armoire. That being said, the hotel was very nice, nice pools and small bar outside. Nice indoor adult only pool too! Front desk staff were very helpful and nice."

"We requested and paid for an ocean front king suite. We recieved a city view balcony regular room. In the room there was broken furniture, bed that was far beyond replacement. No soap in the dispenser asked for more towels multiple days. Recieved none. Upon leaving one night. Saw a three inch cockroach running across the hallway. Extremely unsatisfied and will never be returning to aqua vista resorts."
