"Bel Alp D3", 4-room apartment 100 m2 on 3rd floor. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV and radio. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 185 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 180 cm), 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 185 cm). Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Large balcony, south facing position balcony, east facing position and north facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

gute Lage aber schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekomme

die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, direkt bei der Talstation der Bergbahn um ins Skigebiet zu kommen. Die Wohnung an und für sich ist doch schon in die Jahre gekommen und eine Renovation wäre mal wieder fällig.

Die Küchengeräte dürfen mal wieder generalüberholt werden. Zum Bsp. die Pfannen. Küchengeräte waren auch eher schmuddelig. Auch die Wohnung war eher dürftig sauber und hatte noch Glasscherben in der Küche.

Great space and location

This is a large apartment that can sleep up to 10 people but this would be cramped with two people on pull down beds in the corridor and 4 in one room of which 2 are further pull down beds. The flat is very clean and has ample crockery and kitchen utensils but again might be tight with 10. The lighting in the far bedroom is poor with only a ceiling light. Overall this apartment is a bit dated especially the kitchen and bathroom but totally adequate and quite homely. I would stay there again.

appartement conforme aux images. il est très bien orienté avec le soleil qui l'inonde dès le matin avec une vue dégagée sur les montagnes. La pièce de vie très lumineuse est hyper agréable. Renovierungsbedürftig, dafür direkt neben der Bergbahn

Die Lage ist top, was viele Mängel der Wohnung überdeckt. Das Wohnzimmer mit seinen grossen Fenster bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Die Betten sind eher für kleine Menschen gedacht. Achtung, die Bettwäsche muss zwingend zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Der Skiraum ist sehr eng und staubig. Kaum Platz für mehrere Sportgeräte und Skischuhe anzuziehen. In der Privatwohnung im 4. Stock feierten jeden Abend und in der Nacht Jugendliche, was leider nicht zu überhören war. Preis-Leistung passt nicht wirklich.

Wohnung mit grossartiger Aussicht

Grosse Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Neue Betten und Inhalt. Sehr sauber. Grossartige Aussicht auf Diablerets, Wildhorn und die Berner Alpen. Grosser Balkon mit Morgensonne. Lage: direkt bei der Talstation der Télécabine und Postautohaltestellte. WLAN-Router hinter dem Vorhang versteckt, braucht deshalb etwas Detektivarbeit! Leider wurde uns im Vorfeld nicht mitgeteilt, dass der Lift ersetzt wird. Folge: Treppensteigen und frühmorgens Baulärm, also kein Ausschlafen, kein Ferienfeeling.
