"Room was nice and clean, it was very quiet and we got to use the pool with no one else coming in-what a treat! Beds were comfy, shower worked great and breakfast was wonderful! I very much appreciated the Gluten Free Muffin availability, as well as the Dairy Free milk! I appreciate that Best Western is stepping up to offer allergen friendly options for those of us with issues. Once again, my favorite hotel chain!"

"The staff was excellent and we enjoyed a nice visit. The beds were very comfortable, the area was safe and quiet and close to restaurants. But the room was definitely in need of some updating. The showerhead was old, clogged and desperately needing to be replaced. The furniture was pretty beat up, our DVD player didn’t work and the curtains didn’t close all the way, leaving a foot wide gap in the middle. "Great staff from front desk to cleaning and breakfast room staff (friendly and helpful). The pool, spa and sauna are a nice addition. The room was a little dated but well-appointed (robes, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, frig). I also loved the balcony that faced the river. The chowder at 5pm and hot cookies at 2pm were fantastic! The free breakfast was a nice touch too. Ill be back!"
