"We booked the house for a trip with my dad and 2 brothers for his birthday. Beautiful home with plenty of room. Beach access just across the street and down a bit. They TV even got the baseball game. We had a small issue with the door lock but they were super responsive and fixed it quickly. We will stay again!"

"This was our second time staying here - for a reason. nice roomy house. nice quiet location. Check in was very easy with excellent communication. Beds were comfortable. Binder with photos of all the rooms and items were clearly labeled (which benefits for the host and the guest). Also another binder had all the info for the various modules (like fireplace, fans, mini-split etc.).Smart TV made it easy to connect our devices to stream our shows. (Hint: use Bluetooth and find the device then sync the TV to your device). Kitchen was extremely well stocked with all the necessary pots and pans, plates, cups, etc. not to mention spices and oil. Suits a family very easily with three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! The only issue we encountered were a few items that needed repair:(1) The microwave did not work. Apparently the main magnetron is not working. All the timers, various modes, fan, etc. work. It just did not heat anything - not even water when testing it.(2) the in-wall heater in the lower laundry room bathroom did not turn on. I could hear the wall thermostat "click" to turn it on - but it never got warm.(3) the canned LED light directly over the sink flickers and sometimes did not turn on.Recommend: have a motion light by the front door. We had to use our cell phone light to see the keylock.I am only listing these in hopes they will get fixed for furture guests.Again, overall, an excellent time and would certainly consider renting a 3rd time."
