"I've booked for my parents (mom &dad) this newly opened hotel in the beautiful area of Ain Draham, imagine staying in a room with blocked bathroom floor sink, a flood at every shower, for elderly persons above 80 years, any fall it could be fatal for them, they called the manager and his answer : we can do anything just after showering call the house keeping to come and clean. i' really disappointed, this beautiful hotel deserves better management and service. "The property is getting very tired and in need of renovation and replacement of fixtures/fittings etc. Situ of property is excellent and no issues with staff. I arrived not knowing there wasn’t a lift at the property and I’m am on crutches. Our room was changed within 10 minutes to a ground floor upgraded room at no extra charge. Lovely breakfast on the beach and the restaurant used for hotel customers was excellent. "
