"The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally gracious and professional; especially the breakfast buffet staff. The breakfast buffet food was top notch and very tasty! Great location, near the Kochi airport, and the hotel airport transportation service came in very useful!"

"The room was huge and air-conditioned. Tea and coffee was available, as was bottled water provided. The staff were so helpful, not least given that the cash points at the airport were not working. Arun and Aoarsh managed to get me a taxi to a currency exchange, then onwards to my next destination. Angel gave me some cookies on departure. Everyone was so kind and helpful."

"We stayed at the West Island wing of the property. While the rooms and setting are beautiful, be aware that the restaurants attached to the West Island rooms do not have a liquor license. If you want a beer, wine, or cocktail with dinner, you have to take the shuttle boat across the backwaters to the main property on the East side. It is a noticeable inconvenience for a 5-star resort, but otherwise a pleasant stay. Would easily rate this 5 stars if not for that daily inconvenience."
