Our Room was large. The air conditioning was great. The staff was helpful with everything including bookings and transports and directions. The location was perfect for walking to every destination we wanted to go and bc it is centrally located, and not specific to a singular sight, everything was walking distance in another direction from the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and the complimentary cocktail at the lobby bar between 4:30-6:30 was a nice touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

"I booked the room on Hotels.com at 1040pm and then called the front desk to inform them of a late arrival. They told me the lobby closed at 10pm and it was my fault for booking the room and hung up on me. No refund, no working with me on options. The worst hotel experience Iā€™ve ever had."
