Newly Painted! New Furniture! 11th Floor

Imagine waking up, filling the Jacuzzi tub up with hot water and soaking up the beautiful sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is a part of the magnificent Beach Colony Complex. Each floor is private and keeps unwanted guests from being able to access your area. We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach included in the rental.

As mentioned before this Condo sits right on the Beach. The beach has luxurious white smooth sand and clear emerald blue water. The area is perfectly populated, not like many overcrowded vacation spots.

The amenities of the condo are listed below. Some worth noting though are the fully equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi tub, tile showers, washer, dryer and an amazing spacious wrap around balcony that connects to the master bedroom. The floor plan is great. A breakfast nook, dining room and living area flow perfectly. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk in closet, shower, and Jacuzzi tub. The other bedroom hosts two double beds, one large closet, a couple dressers and a TV. The living area has a very nice television to relax and enjoy some of your favorite movies.

The local area is amazing with great restaurants nearby. Our favorite restaurant, the Tiki Hut, is just a 5 minute walk to the corner. They have great breakfast food including pastries for the morning routine.

It’s a short walk or drive to a lot of the activities people look for. The place is great for kicking back and getting in some much needed R&R. Wave runner rentals are close, bike trails, beach volleyball, and a very nice pool are favorites.

The beach is great to enjoy during the day. Pull up a chair soak up the rays, head back up to the room and enjoy the view for a quick lunch and then go enjoy the beach or activities. At night you can enjoy the sunset and have a nice relaxing evening on the balcony or go out and enjoy the town.

Perfect Getaway

This was our 5th yr anniversary and we wanted to celebrate it in a beautiful and relaxing place and this definitely met our goals. This condo is close to the beach, pool, parking, shopping, dining, local activities and the pier to see the dolphins. We can't wait to come back!

wonderful view

The condo was nice. It was nice to have access to two chairs and umbrella on the beach. We have friends that own a condo in the same building, will most likely look into renting this again when our friends are also in Florida.

Sunshine for rent East is our favorite place so clean and comfortable , incredible Sunrise, and Sunset in Navarre, easy to get to grocery shops or restaurants. Missy is wonderful..only a call away if needed ..thank you for your hospitality.. we will be there next year!

Awesome condo

Very spacious condo. It’s a high rise but felt very residential. Perfect views from the balcony even spotted dolphins several times. Missy was wonderful to work with. She communicated with us more then any other property manager I have dealt with.

A much needed escape!

Definitely much colder than we were expecting, but we still enjoyed our visit to Navarre. We were able to bundle up and walk on the beach to look for shells, visit family that recently moved to area, and enjoy some of the local restaurants. The location of the condo couldn’t have been more perfect and being on 11th floor allowed us to see farther out in ocean. Condo was very nice and furnished well. Hope to visit again during summer so we can enjoy the ocean even more.

Beautiful view amazing host

We will for sure be going back to Missy’s condo for our next stay! Amazing communication and great location. Her calls and texts for assurance of everything were greatly appreciated. My mother left medications behind and within 1-2 hours of checking out (we left at 5am) the cleaners were communicating how to get it mailed to us.Great place and we can’t wait to return!
