I found this property average from a location, general amenities and hotel staff perspective. The reception staff were not helpful nor courteous. I inquired about the “spa” and use of it was dismissed as too complicated. I booked this property specifically because of the pool and other spa amenities. In my seven nights, I wasn’t able to use it once. Makes me wonder if it’s even operational. On the other hand, the restaurant staff were very pleasant and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The location is not in Brig and a 25 minute walk into town. The walk is along a pathway, which can be quite pleasant. Thank you

Fehlende Informationen schon beim Check In. Keine Angaben über Frühstück, Restaurant oder Baar. Baar und Restaurant waren immer geschlossen. Mann musste auswärts gehen um zu Abendessen. Informationen zum Frühstück mussten wir selber abholen.

Entspannung in Naters mit Aussicht

Ideal für eine Nacht und Aufenthalt im Aletschspa inklusive. Im Hotel musste eine Angestellte mit dem Koch alles alleine machen und im Restaurant gab es nur ein Menu zur Auswahl. Das Essen war gut und der Service trotz des Umstandes zufriedenstellend.

Alex Hotel - quite OK for a short stopover

Our first impression of this hotel was not so good... a hotel built in the 1990s with a somewhat strange layout and in need of modernization. It’s definitely not a 4-* hotel. However, first impressions can be wrong. The spa in a separate building was quite amazing and the best after a day of skiing or hiking. Dinner on the top floor was very good and staff was very attentive. Not our first choice for a holiday but for a stopover this hotel was quite OK.

Leider waren die Kissen und die Matratze nicht so komfortabel leiderr waren die Badewanne Isolation schon alt ist zu empfehlen zu erneuern. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und herzlich.
