Decepcionante! Quarto minúsculo, sem um espaço para armário, paredes imundas e mofadas, TV minúscula, com controle remoto sem funcionar. Academia deficiente de equipamentos, piscina ruim...Enfim, muito ruim. Só presta o café da manhã!

Pegamos o quarto apenas para dormir, pois chegamos 6h da manhã. Mas se soubéssemos que seria esse experiência horrível, jamais faríamos isso. O hotel é horrível, o quarto parece hotel de beira de estrada, mínimo e feio. Aspecto de sujo, tv pendurada na parede de qualquer jeito, com os fios de fora. Abajur todo oxidado, velho. O quarto com pouca iluminação e com aparência de bastante velho e acabado. O black-out não cobria a janela toda, e a claridade tomou o quarto das primeiras horas da manhã. Banheiro velho, com aspecto de sujo. Me senti mal, quarto depressivo. Jamais voltarei para este hotel, nem mesmo que precise somente pernoitar. Hotel péssimo.

Hotel suficiente para viagens a negócio

Hotel é suficiente para quem faz viagens a negócio. Café da manhã bom (não ótimo), mas atende, quarto apertado. Recomendo hotel!!! Destaco que as pessoas fazem a diferença, e a recepcionista Sra Elisangela é um exemplo de atendimento, atenção e simpatia. Faz parte destes profissnais raros hj em dia!!!

A TV estava fora do Ar em todo hotel durante os 3 dias que estivemos lá, a internet também não funcionou por um bom período, e o telefone estava mudo também durante toda estadia. Limpeza deixando muito a desejar, chegamos o chão estava sujo e em cima do armário muita poeira. Cortina super clara, parece que não tem!! Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, mas não resolveram os problemas citados quando foram reportados. O café da manhã é ótimo, a localização também é ótima e o preço é legal. Precisam cuidar da manutenção urgente!

Hotel Intercity me proporcionou uma boa impressão de Natal, cidade que visitei pela primeira vez. A acomodação estava sempre limpa, todas as três noites que fiquei. O café da manhã com várias opções. O receptivo do hotel foi competente em suas atribuições, cordialidade sem excesso de intimidade com clientes reservados, como eu. Nota dez a todos com quem tive contato, recepção e café da manhã.

Hotel precisa de reformas urgentes

Hotel possui instalações mal conservadas, o armário do banheiro, por exemplo estava com parte da fórmica arrancada. Os lençóis são bem finos assim como as toalhas, uma delas bem amarela e puída. O Box do banheiro do apartamento 1903b foi pessimamente projetado E acredito que algumas pessoas não conseguem sequer entrar. Para um hotel de rede ele deixa muito a desejar. O café da manhã é bom, sem nenhum exagero. A limpeza do quarto foi boa, “ponto”,

Service needs improvements

Stayed with my family for a couple of days . The area is OK but the beach in fornt of the hotel is not so good. The check in was slow and the internet did not work. swimming pool is not good also. I have stayed in other intercity hotels in Brazil that were better than this one.

O hotel é bom porém tivemos alguns pontos desagradáveis! Primeiro o AC demorava muito pra esfriar, acordei diversas vezes colégio calor! A cortina é muito clara, então assim que o sol raiava ele entrava no quarto! Outro ponto negativo foi um barulho insuportável as 6am que não sabíamos se vinha do quarto vizinho! Acordamos os dois dias com esse barulho! Outro ponto era a porta do banheiro que não ficava aberta e o suporte do papel higiênico quebrado. No mais, o hotel é bom, só precisa de alguns reparos!
