Space and location.

We comfortably accommodate 05 guests in 02 comfortable rooms with air conditioning, 01 with double bed and 01 with 02 single beds. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas.

We are well located in a residential and tourist area. Next to the main and largest shopping mall in the city, the Midway Mall (only 3 km), the Center of Tourism (1 km), the Handicraft Center of the Middle Beach (01 km), the Coastal Highway (main access road to the Coast South and via the best hotels of the city, 1 km) and Newton Navarro Bridge (main access road to the North Coast, 1 km away).

We are also among the 2 main urban corridors of the city (Av. Salgado Filho and Prudente de Morais), in the best neighborhood of Natal, which offers one of the best infrastructures in the capital, with an area surrounded by excellent restaurants, bars, hospitals and easy access to several taxi and bus stops.

The neighborhood.

Petrópolis is the most charming neighborhood of Natal. It is a mix of modernity, bohemia, history and urbanity. The neighborhood is residential and touristy and holds an incredible range of great bars, restaurants and the best hospitals in the city. It is also recognized as a very quiet neighborhood and easy access to several places of daily use. The proximity to the Historic Center, the Ribeira (cradle of the city of Natal) and all the access routes to the beaches of Natal make Petrópolis an excellent and very special neighborhood
