Excellent stay at here! The hot spring was incredible, and the entire atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. The daily shuttle service was an enormous help for us. We were so full and satisfied with the food every day. The only small suggestion is to offer Western-style food options, as having Japanese meals for several consecutive days can get a bit repetitive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would love to visit again！

This was a very relaxing place to stay. There are hiking routes around the area. Recommend taking a stroll in the nearby mountain town. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Udon by the river, foot spas, all were amazing! Ask a local for directions on the Udon by the river. Quite the amazing experience.

Hotel provides free drinks in the lobby with different choices. There are also various options of yukata to choose. The facilities in room are clean and good quality. However, the private onsen bath tub is quite small.

I feel this is one of the best hotels and was my families favorite hotel of our trip to Japan. I love the private pools and the complete environment of this hotel, location in the woods, by a river, quiet and peaceful.

素敵な滞在時間を過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。 食事は会席なので仕方ないのですが、最後にご飯が出てくるので、お肉やお魚の時はご飯が食べれなく、少し味濃く感じてしまう。お酒も飲まないので、一緒にご飯食べるかなど選べるようにして欲しい。

初めて訪れた蓮月でした。 森の静けさと自然と聞こえてくる川のせせらぎに癒される時間を過ごす事が出来る、少し大人の宿という感じです。 スタッフの皆さんは、とても礼儀正しく、気持ちの良い接客でした。 旅館がオール畳張りなので、スリッパを履く必要がなく、部屋も畳み張りなので、寝転がってくつろぐ事もでき、非常にのんびりとした毎日を過ごす事ができました。 朝食、夕食共に、とても美味しく、見た目も美しいお料理で、大満足でした。 旅行が大好きで色々な宿におせわになりましたが、かなり高得点の宿です。

バスタオルやハンドタオル 、作務衣や浴衣を 何回でも貸し出ししてくれに 快適に過ごせました 食事も美味しく 風呂上がりのドリンク、アイス等のサービス、コーヒーも無料、コーヒーミルセットまで貸し出しあり満足 貸切露天風呂が3つあり、また部屋の温泉風呂は常時掛け流しで新鮮なお湯が堪能できリラックスできました 施設も細部まで綺麗に掃除が行き届いて心地良く過ごせました ありがとうございました また伺いたいです

施設のハード面は申し分なく、さまざまなエンターテイメント性が盛り込まれていて楽しめた。 結婚記念日の思い出に伺ったことを伝えたら、お祝いのお酒のサービスがあり、楽しく過ごすことができた。夕食時のテーブル担当の田頭さんも会話が弾んで楽しめた。食事もひとつひとつ丁寧に工夫されていて美味しかった。 気になったことは、従業員が皆若くマニュアル通りにそつなくこなすことに徹しているだけのようにも思えた。また入館時のモノレールなど中々他には無い施設なのだから、導入に関する説明など、乗り込み前にもう少し余裕のあるほうがよかった。 総じて従業員の教育次第でまだまだ伸びしろのある旅館だと感じた。

コスパ、タイパが悪い。値段の割に大箱で経営不振の旅館を大手のグループが買収して、経費を下げて運営している感じ。駐車場が遠く、送迎バスで着いた旅館も建物に入るのにリフトのような乗り物にならなければならず、食事も普通。貸し切り露店風呂があるものの、宿泊者数に比して風呂の数が少なすぎて実質使えない。
