We had stayed here numerous times and I give an A+ for our stay. Jeri front desk staff was amazing along with Tamera the manager. Very clean hotel and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this hotel!

To save some money, I opted to stay here for a convention at the Gaylord Opryland. The room was clean and comfortable, and had a mini-fridge and microwave. The breakfast buffet was adequate, and of course that also helped save money from having to eat out every meal. In good weather, you can walk to the Gaylord in about 20 minutes, but you may want a ride if the weather's not so great. If they had provided bottled water, that would have been great, since those are about $6 or more at the Gaylord.
