"We had an incredible stay in Mexico City and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The location was absolutely prime walkable to so much, close to everything we wanted to see, and easy to get around from. We never felt far from the action. The food in the area was a highlight all on its own. So many fantastic options within steps of the door, from casual local spots to memorable sit-down meals. "The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here. A couple of things could be improved. We had issues with the hot water during most of our stay. It only became consistently hot on the last day when we showered at 5 am. Since we usually showered around 10am, that may have been a factor, but on the other days the water was only lukewarm. We also had to turn on the sink faucet to help the shower water heat up more quickly. The laundry machines...

"The place is okay, but you have to keep asking them to clean, as it’s not done regularly. During my stay, the trash bins in the kitchen and bathroom were overflowing for days, and no one came to empty them. Towels were never changed, and the bed linen was not replaced throughout my 10-day stay."
