Family oriented

Homely and comfortable with very friendly staff. The room was clean and tidy with good basic cooking appliances toaster and microwave for DIY snacks if you have kids that's a godsend : - )

Comfortable beds but no electric blankets. No one available to checkin. Called a number n told where key was. Restaurant onsite was closed and gruffly told to try the club or pub for dinner. Rubbish on grounds outside the room. Cleaning product smell very strong. Curtains torn off hooks and in poor condition. Despite toaster n kettle being available only 1 cereal bowl and no cutlery available. Very noisy family yelling n screaming next door till late in the night. No one available to ask for assistance with this. If you are looking for warm country hospitality, i recommend going somewhere else.

Service was very ordinary. Have the wrong Wifi number. The room needed a good clean and needed to be updated. The TV did not work. Fire alarm went off about 5 times for no reason. Bathroom needed a good clean.

This letting was for work purposes, it is the worst accommodation I've ever paid for. Shower was hopeless, fridge tiny & the freezer section didn't work, no remote control for the TV and the bin's only emptied once in two weeks. We hung the please clean my room Sign on the door nob outside as per written instructions, the sign was taken away but the room was not cleaned. We will not be staying at this place again, I'd rather sleep in my vehicle.

Room smelled terrible (likely just a small plumbing fix, but made it unpleasant to stay in) and hadn't been cleaned properly. Blanket on bed was dirty, cutlery hadn't been washed from last guests, clump of hair and bugs in shower drain and floor and milk in fridge was expired by months. Apart from these things the room was lovely
