"Likes: breakfast, on my arrival day , Ms. You, who is multilingual, was really helpful, tea and tea set, free drinks. Dislikes: Scheduled massage changed twice the time, gave up. When extended one day (paid online), the staff Tried to put me in a room that was filthy and full of storage stuff — they say that they will clean it first, I refused. They then put me in room with no open window and no view (non see through), feeling like an enclosed big box. 2 mosquitoes observed One female staff kept asking me to pay reservation fee out of nowhere, and no explanation for why, I refused. They finally gave up."

"The hotel was super easy to use and they had shuttle buses that were free that took you right to the airport. In the hotel itself, they had a family Mart so if you needed to get anything, it was very convenient. The inside pool was fantastic. The outside pool didn’t look as clean or available to use. The laundromat in the hotel was also very convenient and I would stay here again because of how easy it was to use and get to the airport.."
