"10/10 stay, this hotel is absolutely beautiful and the cafe and attention that has gone into the design and all the details for things provided in the room e.g. slippers is amazing! One of the better hotels we have ever stayed at and 100% recommend!"

"Beautiful ground and rooms! Owners and staff were very kind and helpful. We felt like family while staying there."

"Wonderful staff. Wonderful breakfast. Our rooms were decorated better than a 5 star hotel. Highly recommended."

"Quarto ótimo Estrutura maravilhosa Atendimento sensacional "

"Great location, beautiful unique design! We just loved it. Valet parking and many cool sitting areas with so much to look at! Our room was on a level with only stairs but not just any stairs, it’s not much different than walking in the old city, in fact it made it very unique! We’ll be back!"

"The breakfast was ok but if you arrived after 9.30 (breakfast finishes at 10am) the food was being cleared away, tables weren't re-laid. Staff at breakfast weren't very friendly and it was difficult getting a coffee. The main waiter was incredibly rude and almost took a croissant from my husband on the first day! Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room nice - although beware suite if you have mobility issues as bed very low and shower / bath up a number of stairs. Restaurant opposite...
