I really enjoyed the stay, bed was comfy and bathrooms clean and newly renovated . Mainly location was great , the reason we chose this hotel was location and it did not disappoint , for first time in Naple tourists i could not have asked better , also owner or manager was a very nice lady and cleanng crew amazing.

Clean and close to subway stop

We had a pleasant stay at Toledo One in Napoli; it was clean and an easy walk to the subway stop. There were some communication difficulties regarding check-in, but the host made arrangements for a doorman to assist us, as our phone service wasn't working, so that was appreciated. We were able to navigate to the Complesso Mon. di Santa Chiara - highly recommend! Walked through the Old Town shops area, and if you are a fan of overcrowded, packed areas you will enjoy - otherwise skip it! We were there on a holiday weekend and no trash collection (we assume, as there were mounds everywhere.) Also went up the funicular to see the top of the hill view of Napoli and walked the steep steps down the hill - makes the effort worthwhile if you can! If you are in Naples, Toledo One is a clean, quiet, dark pleasant place to stay.

Not the best

The negative: Sent me message the same day asking me for check-in time. Didn't see as I was enjoying the city. When I arrived, no one at home. 20 min wait for someone to arrive, no English speaking. Had to contact hotels.com through phone. Not acceptable. Breakfast buffet was a joke, ticket for plain croissant and coffee in next coffee shop. The A/C started squeaking in the morning and woke us up. Loud traffic early morning outside the house even though you have closed windows. The bed was not "welcoming", pretty stiff. Definitely not a double bed but 2 single beds, two put together, with big hole between them. The positve: There was an A/C despite the squeak in the morning. The shower was perfect. The room was clean. The wi-fi speed was fantastic, much better than in hotels, speed test showed aroun 80Mbps. The location is central.

Fantastic !

We stayed at Toledo one from 17/10 - 19/10. It was fantastic ! Only 50 m from the main street. The room was modern and clean. The host was most friendly , and provided us with fresh bakery and big cups of coffee in the morning. We hope to stay here at our next visit to Napels.

Totally new rooms with everything you need. The manager is very serviceminded and helpful. It's near The Spanish Quarter and the old city with a lots of restaurant, shopping, the royal palace and the harbour.
