"Area is ok but a lot of rubbish alongside the roads, looks like regeneration area. Reception staff very nice and helpful. Room a good size, but a few issues concerning the shower drain blocked due to not being cleaned properly. The Aircon was useless and the room was so hot, as we were on the 19th floor. Bar was nice but rowdy so sat outside. We were going to the airport early so didn’t have breakfast but Hotel called us a taxi which was only a mile away, it turned up in 2 minutes but got charged €25!!!"

"This is a very charming building. The ac worked great. Spacious room. Bed was very firm. Was happy with the bathroom, although some hooks would be nice. Location is excellent can easily walk to restaurants, bars or sites. Breakfast was very nice & a good selection to start your day."

"The location is conviennent in terms of train station but little rougher than other parts of Naples. The hotel itself was clean but the shower leaked crazy amounts no matter what which led to not great showers."

"El hotel está bien ubicado frente al Puerto y cerca del centro. El desayuno es excelente tipo buffet y completo ( aunque está ubicado entre los corredores del piso 3 ). Es un hotel renovado, con una bonita recepción. Las habitaciones son cómodas aunque los baños son un poco incómodos y antiguos."

"The room I had was very good although the way to it (V10) was a bit uneven that I fell one time. It was the first time I had a bathroom with a bidet. I could have used some milk or powdered milk for my coffee/tea. Unfortunately the location was in the middle of an industrial estate so I had to use an taxi/Uber to get into town (it was very hot)."
