Great rooftop room with terrace! Yes, you have to pay for the lift outside of certain hours, but it's €0.10 and you can get change from the doorman - not really an issue. It is on the main street but the noise level is quite muted, even with the windows open. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay. The rooftop terrace has 360 degree views. The room is very comfortable, the hosts are attentive, and the location is perfect. We would definitely stay there again. We had the private bathroom room with doors that opened to the HUGE terrace.

L’attico fuggente was a lovely surprise. Close to train station, subway, and good restaurants. The accommodation was top notch and the view from the terraza unlike many others. I would book there again in a minute

Loved our stay here - the room was very spacious and we really enjoyed having access to the rooftop courtyard to relax in. Location is fantastic for access to transport, and just near the famous L'Antica Da Michelle Pizzeria. Would have appreciated an iron/ironing board, but the room was very comfortable, quiet and clean.

I really loved staying here for 14 days. The hosts are kind and the location is just awesome. My room was clean and really pretty and cozy. The view from the rooftop is just stunning! I‘d definetly recommend it to everyone!

A great top floor location with a beautiful terrace. The room was very clean and comfortable. Eleanora was helpful and allowed us to store our bags on our departure day. The bathroom was very clean, but was a shared bathroom with other occupants.

Tucked away in the center of Napoli

This is a beautiful spot right in the heart of Napoli. Easy access to all the hot destinations, 10 minutes from the central station with access to all trains. A 4-minute walk to the nearest Metro spot and of course, right across the street from Antica Pizzeria Da Michele. It was spotless and quite quiet considering the busy traffic around the location.

The property and staff are amazing My room with private bathroom and terrace so perfect as staying a week to see family from USA My only reservation is access I have Vertico and stairs from 5th floor to 6th Were steep , i was offered lift if owners in but never happened But loved apartment and will try to stay again Allexandro in shop down stairs amazing great wine and recommends good restaurants

This property has an amazing rooftop patio with views of Naples and Vesuvius! It is about a 15 minute walk from the train station, near famous pizza restaurants. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Be aware that there's a very small fee to ride the elevator, so have some Euros ready. Change is available from the doorman. (10 cent fee)

Great view from the garden terrace - in many directions (incl. harbor/Mount Vesuv, old City area - large church tower nearby), that's the highlight. Just be aware that the airplanes are flying along this route in the morning, and there is noise coming up from the road (it's 6th floor - so not too bad). But it's absolutely downtown afterall. We enjoyed the stay at the apartment - the one with attached bathroom ; it's functional and clean.

Perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle

It was a lovely stay in a great location - easy to get to everywhere and right by a metro station and a taxi rank. The balcony was phenomenal. It's not a B&B as there's no breakfast in morning and you cannot use the kitchen but it's no big deal as there's lots of reasonable cafes and bars nearby. I also highly recommend you visit Alessandro at the wine bar downstairs. Wine is phenomenal. Don't forget to grab some 10 cent pieces for the lift for weekdays!

Pros and Cons

Pros….great price, good air conditioning, only 10 minute walk from the train station, comfortable bed, nice outdoor deck, close to a Metro station and good communication. Cons….some of the rooms require you to share a bathroom, mold in shower, it’s on the 6th floor and if you want to use the elevator it requires 10 cents each way, we could hear street noise at night, not allowed to use kitchen.

Walkable to the main streets, train station and port. Cleanliness was most important to me and it was great. room was perfect for what we needed, just a queen bed (comfortable) and a bathroom that walked right out to a pretty rooftop. Plenty of space in the room for two. No daily cleaning service but that was fine for the two night stay. Was quiet and peaceful with very few people. I felt extremely safe. We left our bags there while we toured the city. Owner didn’t speak much English but had someone there to help check us in and accommodate our language. Very good experience and would highly recommend.
