Amazing service, the lady that helped with the breakfast is so kind, and lovely, definitely at asset to this place. The front desk staff and most of the staff was very nice and pleasant. The rooms and hotel looked very clean and comfortable. There was a little bit of noise but manageable. We loved it and would def stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel so many times I hate not to be positive. The location is fabulous. Breakfast this time was disappointing. The elliptical in the fitness room was broken. The staff definitely seemed disinterested this time usually hey are friendly.

Idyllic hideaway

7 day stay, totally idyllic from check-in to check-out. The hotel is immaculate and the little touches such as the Spanish guitarist playing over breakfast was anotger level. We will definitely be back.

My sister and I love this hidden gem in Naples. We stayed here in Nov 2024 & again in Oct 2025. It’s a lovely boutique hotel with incredible staff, immaculate rooms, a great breakfast, free parking, lovely pool/patio and in a great location! The staff are friendly and helpful. This stay did not live up to past visits, sadly. The much appreciated omelette station was not offered, our air conditioner was so loud it repeatedly woke us up at night, and the room was definitely showing its age.
