"No receptionist that we can talk and help us to check in & check out personally. An old man help us to called the given tel no. and sent us to the lady in the restaurant who helped us to check in and transfer to different cabin because there is a van that is charging in the given cabin. The check out is the another problem, still no receptionist present, an old lady help us. "

We did not use the spa, but many others at this hotel did, so I imagine it is quite nice. The room was large and lovely, and the hotel was quiet despite having a lot of rooms. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here at Hotel Bymose Hegn. The people and service was great! The room was clean and comfortable. There was so much to do! Swimming, soccer, volleyball, billiards, ping pong, darts, and much more! And the breakfast was great!!! I will definitely be coming again if the opportunity arises. "
