Overall speaking, definitely not recommend to my friends. Really dirty and full of nasty smell. The whole environment is mainly dark and the room is smaller than I expect. The odor in the room is suffocative and there are many stains in different furniture (bed, desk, air-con, curtains). The check-in staff informed me that there'll be a 14000yen fine if I lost the room key (that's not the problem of the staff, just the crazy hotel policy). I have lived in other larger hotels before but their fine is not as much as such this small hotel. Originally I made a 3-day reservation in this hotel. But after staying at the room for 10 minutes, I can't stand it anymore and I changed to the other hotel. Terrible experience

立地はとても良い。国際通り、旭橋駅、美栄橋周辺は徒歩で問題ない。設備は新しくはないが手入れはしっかりしているようです。

間違えて喫煙の部屋を選んでいたとはいえ、部屋が非常に臭くて、夜、何度も臭いで目が覚めた。臭いが荷物に感染るので、スーツケースを閉めたままにしなければならなかった。 壁にカビが生えていて、壁紙がふやけていて、臭くて汚い部屋に戻るのが苦痛だった。 スリーインワンなのに、便器の蓋が無いので、間違って物を落としたら便器の中に落ちそうだし、シャワー後の着替えを置く場所も無かった。 チェックインは10時だが、それ以降は荷物を預かってくれないので、予定を立て直さなくてはならなかった。 安いとはいえ、7000円以上なのに、ここまでサービス悪くて汚いホテル初めてだった。 唯一いいところは電子レンジが部屋にあったことと、居心地の悪い部屋を少しでも早く出たいために早起きできたことでしょうか。

部屋はカビ臭くなかったです。朝が早い出発でも電子レンジがあって重宝しました。アメニティが豊富でしたね。旭橋駅にも国際通りにも近くて便利です。チェックアウト後のキャリーは預かって貰えないのでコインロッカーを県庁前駅で借りました。県庁前駅なら2ヶ所あります。

ビジネスホテルとしては一般的な施設設備。フロントの対応も最低限で特に問題はありませんでした。ただ、やはり周囲の同価格帯のホテルと比べると施設設備が古い感じは否めませんでした。部屋にもう少し物を置く椅子か、台があるとより快適かと思います。 窓を開けると、すぐ隣の建物が迫っており、お互いにカーテンを開けると部屋が丸見えなため、開けることが出来ませんでした。 ただ滞在するたけでは特に問題になる点はなく、ビジネスホテルの使い勝手としては一般的かと思います。
