    Make memories with your loved ones at this oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the heart of Nags Head. Wake up and wind down with amazing sunrises and sunsets on both sides of the unit! Enjoy a beverage and watch dolphins play from the oversized patio.

    The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and its own private bath, while the second bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bed. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, two flat-screen TVs, cable and wireless internet, an in-suite washer and dryer, and beautiful patio furniture where you can take in all the views! Other property offerings include direct beach access and an outdoor shower.

    Linens (bath towels, sheets, washcloths) are included. Bring your clothes and toothbrushes and we will do the rest! This is vacation: simplified!

    Our unit is within easy driving distance of many wonderful local attractions: Jockey’s Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Oregon Inlet, Coquina Beach, and many great restaurants and shopping establishments. We’re right where you want to be!

Fantastic sister retreat

We loved our stay. Great location, great view, and great location. One recommendation more dinnerware and glass offerings. Example no rock glasses and no large serving bowels/plates. But that was minor we loved our time there......

Great Nags Head condo

We loved being directly on the beach. The condo was a good size, bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of room. The area of Nags Head that it is located was very nice and a great beach. We stayed in May, which was ideal as not real busy yet. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. We would recommend staying here.

Amazing week!

Beautiful condo right on the beach perfect for our family group of 4 adults! Enjoyed the sunrises, coffee, and watching the dolphins and pelicans from the large balcony with seating for 7! Nicely stocked kitchen and convenient charcoal grill allowed us to cook in when we wanted. Great location! Loved the beach and the area!

Perfect weekend getaway

We love the oceanfront condo! It was extremely clean and the description was just like the pics! Our son wanted to head to the OBX for his bday and we did just that. Communication was almost immediate and it wasn’t for a problem just a parking question. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your place with us!!

I have stayed in quite a few VRBO's, this one was great! I have never have hosts communicate and respond as quickly as these. It was wonderful to have questions answered within minutes! The new shower in the Master Bedroom is heavenly! The view is fantastic! Loved this property!

Perfection on the OBX!

This was a fantastic condo. Spacious, well-equipped and well-maintained. It was the perfect base for me, my wife and our two teens while we visited the Outer Banks. Tastefully decorated, it had everything we needed for our stay. Pride of ownership is apparent in how well things are kept up and the hosts’ communication was top-notch. The primary shower was incredible, the views from the deck outstanding as you are literally just steps from the beach. The location is also great. Minutes from restaurants, shopping and even not too far from Bodie Lighthouse. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

beautiful condo with breathtaking views

What a wonderful, relaxing getaway! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and the location was right on the beach! It has the most amazing views from both the living room and the primary bedroom. I literally woke up to the sunrise over the ocean. Communication with the hosts was seamless. I plan to come back again when the weather is a bit warmer. :)

Truly perfect

My family (husband, son 3, son 1.5) came to stay in this condo! First time in a condo in obx and it was truly perfect. It was spacious enough for the kids and the view from balcony was everything we wanted! We were located right next to the 1 (out of 2) pools and had the best stay! It was so clean and every one we contacted (Joe, Mike and Lisa) we extremely attentive and fast responding and helpful when we had questions. I can not recommend this place enough. Anytime it’s the 4 of us we will sure to go back and stay here!

Such a GREAT place to BEACH!

The location and views of this condo were excellent! Right in the heart of Nags Head - near everything and yet in a quiet area on the beach! The apartment is nicely updated wtih a fully stocked kitchen and updated decor. The floors were sandy - but I know how hard that is to maintain at the beach! The showers had good pressure - the master bedroom bed was comfy! The only issue was the lack of comfort of the two LR chairs and the secondary bedroom mattress. But overall, a wonderful experience. The communication was actually TOO MUCH. So much that I had to really dig through emails/texts to figure out how to get into the apartment and how to check out. But better that than none! Thanks! Would definitely book again.

Great Stay OBX during the Winter!

I know! We're crazy to come to the OBX in January! And boy, it was COLD! But I wanted to spend my birthday at the beach & we rarely come to OBX, so this was a perfect getaway! The property was amazing! The views of the ocean......OH! It was just PERFECT! I woke up on my birthday and saw SO MANY DOLPHINS and the most beautiful Heavenly sunrise!!! IT. WAS. AMAZING!!! This space was great for our small family too and super kid-friendly! Our son is 2 and loved the Pirate Ship playground and loved looking out at the beach too! I loved that we were so centrally located too! We were able to see so much and go to so many places, even in the wintertime! Next time we come to the OBX, if we don't stay in Corolla or Ocracoke, we'll definitely be booking this property again! We loved it!!! Thank you SO much for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Vacation Home!

We LOVED our time here and were sad to go! There were a few hiccups when we first arrived, Joe and his team were very responsive to those and any other inquiries. The beach is so close, never crowded, and gorgeous. The big pool was a ton of fun! The building is a little dated, however the apartment itself is wonderful. The biggest bed (where I slept) was so comfortable, my parents also slept comfortably in the other room. The kitchen has everything we needed outside of groceries, like cooking utensils and some seasonings. Don’t forget to bring oil/butter for cooking along with your groceries! The Keurig was very convenient, we just brought our coffee pods. The apartment was clean, the linens and towels were fresh. The couch does sink a little, but it didn’t bother us (and they are waiting for their new couch!). My dad (who has a bad back) found the desk chair most comfortable. The big tub makes baths for the kiddos easier, that was a nice perk. It was also nice to have a vacuum handy! The view…what can I say about the view when the pictures speak for themselves. It’s like having front row seats to nature’s beauty. It’s gorgeous! And the best part is we were only steps away from it. I loved the location, in between Manteo (aquarium!) and KDH/Kitty Hawk. I highly recommend Sugar Shack for seafood - they will make the fish/shrimp however you like, plus a gorgeous view at sunset. We loved breakfast at The Dunes Restaurant, and ice cream at Fatboyz Ice Cream! All were close by. We made the best memories and will most definitely be back!

Vacation was fantastic!

We had a wonderful visit. The condo was clean, and the host was very thoughtful in providing some basic essential items that we would need to get us started and the referral list of places to eat and visit was great! Our view of the ocean from our private deck gave us a beautiful view of the sun rise every day. And we had a very short walk right to the beach!
