It was my first trip to Kumamoto It was by far the best hotel I've ever experienced on a trip to Japan. The cleanliness was basically excellent, and I think the staff's response will make the visitors happy.

We only stayed one night and weren’t able to use the restaurants etc as our main goal was to see the castle and tour surrounding areas.The castle is a short walk away.
