"The Cuore Nagasaki is in an excellent location very close to the train station, bus station, ferry terminal and tram line. It is a standard Japanese hotel with no frills but all the amenities you would expect. The staff are polite and helpful if required. My room was a reasonable size and functional."

"Wonderful hotel. Rooms terrific, very spacious. Some rooms overlooking the football stadium. Loved watching them relay the new turf for the upcoming football season. Great restaurants, bit pricey, but you’ll enjoy eating at “eggs n things”. Tram station just outside the hotel - easy ride to the places to visit. Pool is brilliant, overlooking the pitch. We’d love to come back again."

Hotel Forza Nagasaki

Hotel Forza Nagasaki

10/10 Excellent
"Normally when we go to Nagasaki, we stay at a hotel near the train station. This time we tried this hotel at the Hamanomachi shopping arcade. The hotel seems brand new and the entrance is inside the arcade. The room we stayed at was modern, clean, and a bit larger than a normal Japanese hotel room. The front desk is on the 4th floor along with a free coffee machine, vending machines, two washing machines and dryers. on the same floor is the breakfast buffet which the price was reasonable and had local specialties. But since you at a shopping arcade, there are many more choices available there including a McDonald's just 200 feet away from the entrance. The location was excellent. You're in a shopping arcade, so naturally you have a lot of shopping choices. The bus from Nagasaki airport drops you off a couple of blocks away, so very convenient getting from and to the airport. There is a streetcar stop just outside the arcade to get wherever you need to go and Nagasaki Chinatown is just across the street. When we have to come back, we're definitely choosing this place."

Inasayama Kanko Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Amazing hotel. I got the cheapest room, so the view from my window was an adjoining wall, but the hotel is built on a hill, providing dazzling views of Nagasaki. Splendid place. As to drawbacks, my only complaint is that it is located in an area without nearby restaurants, bars, or even convenience stores. The same isolation that makes it so quiet and grand also means it'll be a fifteen minute, minimum, walk to any businesses. So you do need to be signed up for the hotel's meal plan, or else carry any drinks or shopping home to the hotel on the hill."

I didn't take advantage of breakfast or the parking so I can't speak to those. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back to Nagasaki and this hotel on my next trip.
