I thoroughly enjoyed my Stay at Best View Apartments, the staff were awesome, the room was clean and had everything I needed. Lovely to be up high with great views and it is so quiet too.

Stayed here all April&May 2024. It suited us, but wouldn't everybody. Pros: we had their biggest room, with two approx (just guessing) 3m x 4m bedrooms, 6m x 5m main room (incl kitchen).plus bathroom. Good quality interior fitout. Kitchen had fridge, 4 burner gas stovetop, microwave, electric kettle. No laundry, oven, dishwasher, or toaster. Decent pans, crockery, cutlery though we bought a large pot and small frypan ourselves while there. The 15m (?) swimming pool is great and we made heavy use of it. Its 3 km from the ocean (with no access in that direction) but the view over the local village and farm land to the ocean, off shore islands, mountains to the north and east, and airport (7 km away, it's right under the flight path which we liked but some wouldn't) is in fact very nice especially in the evenings when we were treated to great sunsets and some distant lightning displays. Cons: it's 4.5 km from the main street of Nadi, the first 1 km a quite rough gravel road, muddy when raining. 20 km/h advised in normal cars. The building's exterior is a bit shabby and cheaply built e.g. irregular spacing of the balustrade pillars. There was some painting and other (overdue) maintenance while we were there. The room had A/C but weak, only about 4 C below outside, so still often 28-29 C. Taxi to town US$5, or $10 to Denarau or airport. We rented a car (2011 Prius, 265000km, US$30/day for 8 weeks rkingrentals.com)

This property needs a major cleanup. For them to do is cleanup then we can maintenance and other things one of the worst experience to stay here. I will never go there.

False advertising, Expedia should consider on this. Stain everywhere, incmplete building finishing, walls floors, sheets doors, blinds half hanging,. No internet, no TV no restaurant, no breakfast, pool , yard, office area, cigarette butts, needs through cleaning, yard , change ironing boards, no ac remote found one on request, manager doesn't know much of the about hospitality, needs grooming.

No time for pool , but conditions not good either . Dirt bed linen no towel racks toilet roll holder no tea coffee sugar , no kettle , dirty kettle inside for boiling water . We do not recommend this place to any one , sorry , it was a big disappointment even for a 3 star hotel

I booked 2 nights for my father-in-law through Expedia & then paid cash for another 2 nights. My father-in-law ended up passing at the hotel & I asked for the money back for the remaining 2 days to go towards helping us with the funeral as we just finished with my husband’s grandmother 2 weeks ago. They said they would follow up. They didn’t and when I called they just gave a flat no & said there is a no refund policy. Nothing is black & white. Have some compassion. Not impressed at all.

When we checked into our room, we were extremely disappointed with the condition of the accommodation. The room had bugs/insects, visible marks and stains, and was not in the condition we expected based on the booking description. This made our stay very uncomfortable and unacceptable. In addition, we were required to pay a FJD $100 bond in cash because the receptionist advised that their EFTPOS machine was not working. We were not given the option to pay by card. After raising our concerns and asking for our bond back due to the poor condition of the room and the customer service we received, the staff admitted that we had been given the wrong room. Given these issues, I do not believe the accommodation provided met an acceptable standard, and I am requesting: * A full refund for the accommodation charges. * Confirmation that the FJD $100 cash bond has been returned (or immediate reimbursement if it has not). I would appreciate your prompt investigation into this matter and a response as soon as possible.
