Great View! This 2 bedroom unit is located on the 11th Floor. Carpet and tile, new washer and dryer, New Bedding and other Extra features include: 3 TVs,iron, and ironing board
Brigadune Condominiums are located on a narrow coastal peninsula that is bordered by the ocean and a saltwater tidal inlet. Enjoy great views and project amenities that include: an ocean front pool, sundeck, security, two new elevators, laundry rooms on every other floor, barbecue picnic area, beach shower, and convenient beach accesses.
Convenient unassigned open parking is limited to two vehicles per unit during the summer season.
Unit is limited to the number of persons allowed under listed occupancy.
No Smoking, No Motorcycles or Trailers
No Pets Allowed

Clean and comfortable. Furniture in great shape and the washer and dryer are a huge plus. Shower pressure in master bathroom was low but nothing we couldn’t deal with.

01d brigadune very nice unit

Access to unit great with no elevator. Access to beach very easy. Great for physically limited. Suggest a dead bolt lock on inside of front door. Needs a K-Cup coffee machine . Had to go to Walmart and purchase one .

Good

Mattresses need to be replaced, the blinds in the master bed room need to be fixed or replaced. slots missing so at 6am the sunlight was streaming in the master looked like 12 in the afternoon. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes, other dishes and pots and pans also dirty.

Great location

Well maintained, beachfront property. Ongoing exterior maintenance created quite a bit of noise during the day but that didn't matter much to us because we were rarely in the condo during the daytime. The condo was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen that we made good use of. The owner was very responsive to questions and minor maintenance issues. I would definitely stay there again.

We would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Here are some pros and cons from our trip. Cons: -no traditional coffee maker and the Keruig didn’t work, -the smart tv remote didn’t work even after changing batteries so we couldn’t do the smart tv stuff, cable and internet w -ac stopped working but was fixed the same day (very impressed with how quickly they got someone out to our unit to help) Pros -incredible view -very spacious -bathrooms clean and nice -beds very comfortable -pool was great - carts are provided for loading/unloading -cable and internet worked great -outside patio furniture was great -it was nice to have TVs in each bedroom -2nd bedroom has desk /office space which was great for working remotely while at the beach

Awesome Weekend Getaway!

Overall this was an awesome place for our weekend getaway! The location is great and the views were amazing from the 11th floor balcony. It was well decorated, very clean, and we loved all the personal touches, like the solar lights on the balcony. Felt very safe and secure on these premises, and not having a physical key to keep up with made it even better, I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful unit & view

This unit is spacious & nicely updated. Georgous views all around. It is even nicer in person than in the pictures! The bathrooms are not pictured, but both are great. There's a huge walk-in tile shower in the master & a tub with shower in the other bathroom. Plenty of closet space too. We were worried about being up so high & having to wait to take the elevator all the time, but even with the social distancing, it was not a problem at all. Plenty of carts available for arrival & departure. The unit was not cleaned well prior to our arrival- there was a lot of sand, as well as dried food on the table & counters. I assume though that this was just an oversight & not a normal occurance, because aside from those few issues, it was perfect.

Beautiful Condo check in process needs improvement

the condo was amazing and the pictures did not do it justice. we were very happy. it wasn't clear where we were supposed to check in. check in time was 4 and the office closed at 5. we arrived at 6 after driving 10.5 hours and had to call the property manager number. the person on the phone seemed bothered by our call. that night, we arrived back at the condo after 10 and we were locked out of the building. overall we were very happy and will book again,but the check in process and directions to get into the building could have been more clear

Awesome view!

The condo was perfect and had everything that we needed to enjoy a family vacation. Unfortunately we went just when the tropical storm hit, so we had bad weather but the condo was great and was lovely. Will definetely rent there again. Location was fantastic also
