With a king bed in the primary and sleeper sofa in the living room, an open floor plan perfect for mingling, you can enjoy catching up and relaxing amongst all the sun and fun!  Watch the waves roll in from your balcony and enjoy a cold cocktail and home cooked meal after a great day at the beach.  The fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit are just another great feature of our beach villa.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*This unit is located on the 12th floor.
*All indoor pools are open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Washer/dryer located in unit.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.
*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
*Carolinian Beach Resort parking garage was designed for small to moderate sized vehicles and contains some compact turns. Oversized vehicle parking is extremely limited and is available on a first-come first-served basis only.

Policies:
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

Fantastic central location close to downtown, Broadway at the Beach, Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, the Boardwalk & the most popular attractions, shopping, golf, nightlife, and family entertainment.The Carolinian consistently ranks among the most fun and family friendly resorts on the beach and offers something for everyone. From modern amenities lazy river and beautiful pool deck to the hot tub and kiddie pool, there is something for everyone.  Just outside the resort is the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, dozens of shops, oceanfront restaurants & bars.

Getting Around:
Restaurants and more in walking distance and close to downtown. Taxis and Uber are also readily available with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.



1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
