This 2-level townhome has been beautifully renovated for relaxation and comfort. Upon entry, you'll be met with the bright and sunny interior creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. This modern vacation home features beautiful hardwood floors and stylish decor. The first level features the living room with comfortable seating options and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with gorgeous granite countertops and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area with modern lighting fixtures. There is a half bathroom on the first level as well.

The 2nd level of this beautiful townhome features 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a smart TV. The full bathroom is absolutely stunning featuring gorgeous tile throughout and a sleek glass shower. Also on the 2nd floor is the laundry area with full-sized washer and dryer and tons of extra closet space to store luggage.

Free parking space in front of the building. There is one assigned parking spot in front of the units and one guest parking on back row. Parking is limited as its a small parking lot.

You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 3:30 pm. It is a self check-in with a smart lock.
No pets.
No smoking.
For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

Amenities were sparse compared to all other properties I’ve ever stayed in. Beds weren’t super comfortable. Things were clean but I do feel more things could have been provided for the price.
