Short walk to the beach!

Third floor unit in Summertree Village. The main living area as well as the master bedroom have screened in porches. Ceiling fans for your comfort located on the main screened in porch, living room and both bedrooms. Two bedroom, two bathroom unit includes a master suite with king size bed, private bathroom and screened in porch. Second bedroom includes full size beds with access to main bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with Smart HD TVs with internet access for streaming your favorites shows. 55 inch Smart HD TV with cable in living room. Perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach! WIFI is provided for your convenience along with keyless entry. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to create home cooked meals. The wet bar is equipped with a R/O water filtration unit. Perfect for filling your water bottles! Linens, bath/hand towels and kitchen towels provided. Also included are beach towels, chairs and umbrella. A cart is provided for easy transport of all your beach gear. Complex offers both an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna. A spacious area near the outdoor pool has charcoal grills and picnic tables. Just a quick walk to the beach and Apache Pier. Also minutes away from fabulous dining, golfing, shopping and entertainment. An ideal location for a relaxing beach getaway!

This condo is very nice. Clean, full kitchen, great linens and the availability of a wagon, chairs and umbrellas was awesome. This is our 3rd stay at Summer Tree Village and we love it. Great pool area, easy walk to the beach, and easy access to any store you want to go to. Barefoot and Broadway are short walks and Kirk's ice cream is delicious.

Great place

The condo was exactly like the picture, very clean and close to the beach.the area is quiet and the owners are very nice , unfortunately we left early because hurricane Debby.We will be back to redo the vacation.would not hesitate to come back to this condo. Thanks Lucas

Cozy Condo

This was our first time at Marc & Suzanne's condo. It was updated nicely and cozy and comfortable. You would not be sorry to select it for your stay. The process to reserve and stay was seamless. Thank you Miller's from the Miller's.

One of the best vacations!

Our family travels frequently and tjis condo is one of top properties we have been to. It is super clean, have comfortable beds, very close to a pool. Our family typically cooks and tjis condo had everything we needed to make a meal. Having washer and dryer allowed us to bring absolute minimum. Host is very responsive and pleasant. The pool has hot sauna, hot tub, and the water in the pool is good, not hot and not cold. Nice relaxing walk to the beach. I highly recommend this condo to anyone. As for our family, we will be back to this condo the next fall.

Such an amazing condo!!!

It was extremely clean!!! It had literally anything you needed; beach towels, wash clothes, bath towels, blankets for the living room, extra blankets and sheets for the bedrooms. Shower in master had SUPER GOOD pressure which I enjoyed trying to bathe my two girls quickly!😂 washer and dryer was amazing! The chairs and beach wagon helped more than we even imagined!

Beautiful property and quiet

This is our second stay at Summer Tree Village, this visit's stay is at a different resident. The home is super clean, everything you need is there, its very quiet, and very close walk to water. There's nothing left to want staying at Marc's family's Condo. We look forward to another stay.

Excellent Vacation Property

Our trip down from Pennsylvania went perfectly. Property was exactly as advertised on the site. Location is a short walk to the beach, pool is perfect to cool off in after the beach and we had an amazing time. Location is also a short drive to the main attractions like Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. We will definitly rent again next time we head back to Myrtle Beach.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful week in this unit!! It was spotlessly clean. A nice short walk to the beach. Everything you could need! I really liked how much the owner appreciated the necessity of hooks in a beach rental! Lots of places to hang things up. Owner was easily reachable and responded quickly. Would definitely rent again if we are headed to Myrtle Beach.
