First room we received was horrible, stains on couch, bed and curtains. We had a standard two bdrm on north tower. The king bed also had 2 big lumps on opposite sides of bed like someone had been sleeping there forever. Outdated furniture. Also stains on ceiling. When we went to address the issues the clerk Kevin immediately resolved the isuues without hesitation. He simple have us another room that was like night and day in the south tower. This one was cleaner and brighter. I hate that you don't know exactly what you are getting until you get there. I think they are overpriced, i paid over 2grand for 5 nights and recently I've been getting airbnbs, but i wanted to be on the beach. I've spent less going to Florida. I wouldn't go back unless the rooms were extremely cheaper. The upper scale hotels like hilton etc were around the same or cheaper but booked, I'll make sure to book way ahead of time. Staff was the most pleasant thing and they do keep the pools very clean and the grounds.
