With new ceramic tile flooring throughout and new modern, tastefully designed furniture and decor, this suite is Ideal for family vacations, romantic getaways, spa retreats & golf outings. Patricia Grand Resort offers Fitness Center,Internet Access,,Cable TV,Large Oceanfront Pool,Kiddie Pool,Lazy River,Whirlpool.

Perfect for a family to enjoy their vacation! Offering a true getaway experience, this oceanfront suite is situated on the 12th floor of Patricia Grand Resort.

The suite features one king size bed in the bedroom, a murphy bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Prepare a delicious meal in our full kitchen. With its open floor plan and best layout, your family will surely love this space. With its floor-to-ceiling window in the living room, you can't miss the amazing panoramic view of the ocean.

Begin your family vacation in Myrtle Beach at our property located at the renowned resort in the heart of the Grand Strand. Set on the beach on the North Atlantic Ocean, this relaxed hotel is 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park, and 2 miles from shops and restaurants on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade. It's 4.8 miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport.

The resort features a family-friendly atmosphere and offers many exciting Oceanfront Dining, and indoor and outdoor amenities, including a kid-friendly indoor pool, beachfront access, and spacious suites for all budgets and group sizes, with glowing Atlantic views and a location only minutes from popular family-friendly attractions such as Broadway and the Beach.

Small dogs are welcome with prior approval. (Must be up tp 40 lbs , dog fee $25 per dog, per night. Restricted breeds are: Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows. ONLY DOGS are allowed. No Cats Allowed. No exceptions)(Maximum of 2 Dogs allowed). No need to board your furry friend while you're away when they can tag along for the whole trip.

Great central location within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and stores. Only short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Convention Center, Sports Center, The Boardwalk (you can even walk there if you would like) and more

All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm.

Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.

All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee.

Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
