Terrific beach views!

When we arrived, the address on the building didn’t match what we were sent in the email, so that was a bit confusing. Upon walking in the place smelled and looked very clean, although floors really didn’t seem throughly swept. Some of the towels and bedding were stained, and the kitchen items very minimal and outdated. The blender literally started to smoke when we went to use it. There is absolutely no workout facility even though they specify it in the listing. Check in and check out was simple, clear, and concise. The beach views are beyond amazing. FYI… the pool is saltwater and was a bit unexpected for the younger ones who don’t love the salty sea water in their eyes. The overall facility was obviously very outdated, but well kept. There were always cleaning staff tending to the grounds and lobby area. The washers and dryers were a bit confusing and required downloading an app and uploading money. One of the washers we attempted to put coins in didn’t work at all. The parking is very tight but manageable. Overall we enjoyed our stay because the place met our needs and we mostly spent our time out on the beach. The place could definitly use a revamp and thorough cleaning as well as an update to the listing to reflect the lack of workout area. In the end you get what you pay for and we did had a great time. Oh! And one last thing to note… there are zero beach tents allowed on the beach. Umbrellas only. Just a heads up.

Family trip

We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations, we had no issues that werent fixed right away. The only thing we didnt care for was the parking. Other than that its a great location and condo.

Great Beachfront

Perfect for the two of us. There was another queen bed we didn’t use. The 7th floor view is amazing especially in the morning because the balcony faces the sunrise. The Walmart Superstore is 4.4 miles away. It took us only 11 minutes to get there. Not crowded this time of year. Lots of great seafood places within 4 miles. Daily communication from the property manager who was super helpful. We will definitely be back.

Nice clean place!!

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and with great views!! The only issue was parking. I drive a full size pickup and trying to park at the location was difficult..however there is additional parking across the street that (because I didn’t read the info sent to me all the way through) I found out towards the end of my stay! So that’s my fault!

Issues with place

Hey everyone,I wanted to share some concerns I had during my recent stay at this property and why I would not recommend it for future visitors. First off, there was a smoke detector beeping in another room. I told Julie about it, and she said there was nothing she could do and suggested I go to the main office. When I did that, the main office also said they couldn’t help. So, I had to deal with the beeping the whole time, which made it tough to get a good night’s sleep. I understand part of this was out of Julie’s control, however you could hear thebeeping and it was unfortunate that the main office could not help. Additionally, my shower got clogged and I contacted Julie. Someone did come to fix it, but it only worked for two days and then clogged again. I was on my own and took quick showers, so it should not have clogged that fast again. I didn't bother reaching out again since I was leaving the following day.One of the main reasons I stayed at this property was because it listed in the amenities that there was a hot tub and gym. When I got to the property I realized there was no gym nor hot tub. I asked Julie about it, and she said those weren’t included. I proceeded to send her a screenshot of the listing showing the hot tub and gym, but she never responded back. Finally, this error could be due to me, but the property listed it had cable/Direct TV. When I turned on the TV there was no app on the TV or any way for the channels to be accessible and I couldn’t figur

Comfortable with fabulous view

We loved the balcony spot that looked out over the beach/ocean! It was so close to the beach that you felt like you actually almost on the beach. The condo was comfortable and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed. The parking was a little difficult with the large concrete poles but there was plenty of parking across the road.

Disappointed

The bed was terrible, curtains which didn’t block any light. There was no rug the floor, and sand all over. Tv stand was insufficient TO LOW. Also the furnace made crazy noises and kept us awake, and the downstairs door to the building didn’t lock. I was very disappointed.

Good. View right on beach

Good stay only issue was parking. You need a small vehicle. Hard to park with poles in way and height restriction. At resort. Not sure how it is on overflow parking across street. Room nice.

Great Place

Rented the condo for a week and it's a great location with an awesome view. It's pretty close to everything and right on the beach along with having a pool with a beach view. Really enjoyed staying here and would again but fair warning to anyone with a larger vehicle as parking at the condo is limited for larger vehicles but having the ability to use the parking garage across the street solved that for me. The condo was fully furnished and had eating and drinking utensil along with toaster, coffee machine, and other equipment which though I didn't need to use was nice having. Overall it's an excellent place to enjoy your vacation.

Amazing view

Arriving on Sunday was sketchy. Parking is atrocious as anyone who is at the beach clearly parks at the hotel even though it’s posted. We parked at the hotel behind and didn’t have issues for the remainder of the week. Love the location and view. Beach was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.
