Property in nice location
The property was in a nice location and overall enjoyed our stay!
Bad things to list- 1. kitchen sink was broke and never got repaired, when called about the sink they said they have known about it and can’t get parts to fix it 2. The bath tub was stopped up and wouldn’t drain when taking a shower, maintenance finally came and fixed it after asking for a refund of the property. 3. The condo wasn’t clean on arrival, there was dust and dirt all over the place, the air vent in the hallway looks like no one has cleaned it in over a year! 4. There was dead bugs all over the place in the laundry room and no one ever came to investigate why or have it cleaned. 5. The elevators worked when we got there and went out of service on the second day. After asking about elevators they posted signs on elevator saying that it can’t be fixed until Monday, and the condo was on the third floor. Don’t understand why no company could come out and fix it, I had my grandparents in the condo and it was difficult for them to get up and down 3 flights of stairs.
Overall like the location but will not ever again stay in condo 303 at the Pelican watch!!!!
